Nous Somme en France! It's taken a lot of planing and scheming to get to this point, feels great to be here ready to go. I bloody love France, feels like a second home, there is something right about the people, the pays and the way of life.
It was very very windy here last night, we're staying right by the beach so hope it will be less windy today inland. Rode a mile on the seafront last night to check the machine that is about to inflict 700 miles of pain to my backside was fully functioning after the drive. All good to go.
Al that remains to be done is load up on Scottish porridge oats, slap on the suncreen, wake up snoring support man, and go for a paddle in le manche.
More this evening when I find the cold beer and WiFi. On y va, (for Scotland Steffan).
